Booking changes and Cancellations

Sometimes plans change – with us you have the flexibility to adjust your booking. Please note the following information regarding rebooking, name changes, and cancellations.

General Information

Reservations can be changed up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure.
Rebookings are based solely on the ticket price valid for the new travel date.
Name changes are also possible.
Within 72 hours before departure, name changes are no longer permitted.

Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellation requests made by passengers are permitted only if the following time limits are respected:

More than 30 days before the flight → cancellation allowed within 7 days from booking
15–29 days before the flight → cancellation allowed within 4 days
7–14 days before the flight → cancellation allowed within 3 days
3–6 days before the flight → cancellation allowed only on the day of booking
24–72 hours before the flight → cancellation allowed within 4 hours from booking

Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the form of vouchers, which can be used for future bookings.
They are allowed only if the cancellation is made within the specified time limits.

The refund percentage depends on the time of cancellation:

More than 30 days before the flight → 80% refund (voucher)
15 days before the flight → 70% refund (voucher)
7 days before the flight → 60% refund (voucher)
3 days before the flight → 50% refund (voucher)
24–72 hours before the flight → 20% refund (voucher)

In case of a no-show, the full ticket price will be charged. In addition, the booking for the return or connecting flight may be cancelled.

In cases where the flight cancellation is made by the airline, passengers are offered several alternatives: firstly, the option to travel on the next available flight on a specified date. If this is not suitable, the passenger may choose between a refund or using the amount for a future flight.

Make the rebooking: Submit the desired change at least 72 hours before departure via our Service Center or online.
Select a new ticket: The rebooking is based on the current price for the chosen date.
Receive confirmation: After completing the rebooking, you will receive a new booking confirmation with all details.
